Refund policy
If you purchased an item on our site and wish to return it, please contact us at customercare@kapitalkclub.com who will guide you through our return process.
Please note that when you return an item: (1) we ask that it is still in its original packaging and is not worn, washed, damaged or had had the tags removed. (2) any item which fails to meet these criteria may not be refunded. please ensure the items returned are packaged into one parcel. (3) we suggest that you ship the parcel with a tracked service in order to be able to monitor the returned items.
- Once the goods are received and processed, you will receive a refund for the returned items.
- We are unable to offer exchanges, so if you would wish to purchase an alternative item, please place a new order at our online store. We would be happy to refund you the shipping costs for a replacement item. Please just let us know once you have placed a new order, so that we can issue a refund.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method (via Mastercard, Visa, Amex, PayPal), once the order has reached the International Return Hub and has been inspected.
- all the sale section items (aka: 40% off ) are non returnable.
